The Glenlee first took to the water as a bulk cargo carrier in 1896. She circumnavigated the globe four times and survived (though not without incident) passing through the fearsome storms of Cape Horn 15 times before being bought by the Spanish navy in 1922 and being turned into a sail training vessel.  The ship was modified and served in that role until 1969. She then operated as a training school until 1981 when she was laid up in Seville Harbour and largely forgotten. A British naval architect saw her in 1990 and two years later, the Clyde Maritime Trust succeeded in buying the re-named Galatea at auction and saved her from the scrapyard.

Past paranormal activity aboard the Glenlee includes shadowy figures being spotted on the lower decks, unexplained temperature fluctuations and many staff members reporting some rather uncomfortable experiences!

Ghost Walk With Psychic Medium

Led and protected by our Psychic Medium, you will be given a tour of the ship and will be provided with information channelled by our medium about spirit presences. Our medium will also take you through some psychic protection methods before we begin the vigils and experiments.

Ghost Vigils & Experiments

The event will include various experiments that everyone will have the opportunity to participate in and will be condcuted by our experienced paranormal investigation team. The experiments will include, EVP recording, filmed ghost vigils, trigger objects, motion sensors, spirit communication experiments and use of other paranormal investigation equipment to attempt to detect ghostly activity in all areas of the ship.

Review Of Findings & Experiences

All findings will be analysed throughout the night and there will be the chance to talk about your experiences during a short review at the end of the event, if you are feeling up to it!!
